Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (FreeSeb-Media LTD ELEFTHERIAS LEOFOROS 25, Theletra 8723, PAPHOS, Cyprus, support@drinkguya.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration via email. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, less delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive the returned goods. Additional delivery costs may also be incurred, which you must pay in advance.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we receive the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal is limited only for the following contracts: the conclusion of a subscription and the use of the additional discount. If the subscription was concluded "accidentally" and the re-shipment is refused after the initial order, FreeSeb-Media LTD reserves the right to retain the 10% discount granted for the first initial order as well as the shipping costs incurred for the second shipment after receipt of the returned item. The subscription can still be canceled, but is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the "Subscription Guidelines."

Subscription Guidelines

FreeSeb-Media LTD grants an additional 10% discount on the entire order upon conclusion of a subscription. This discount can only be granted because, upon conclusion of the subscription, it is assumed that the customer will use the subscription multiple times. FreeSeb-Media LTD calculates the consumption and new purchases of goods accordingly. The minimum subscription term is therefore 2x (two cycles). Should the subscription be canceled before or upon delivery of the second order, FreeSeb-Media LTD reserves the right to retain the resulting costs (shipping and granted discount) after receipt of the return (second shipment).
