Effects of Chai
The spices contained, such as cloves , cardamom and star anise , have digestive, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects .
Guayusa provides long -lasting energy without a crash, while ginger and ishpingo have a warming and activating effect.
Our chai blend contains 40% Guayusa, making it a gentler pick-me-up .
preparation
Chai is ideal as a classic spiced tea, as a " dirty chai " with an espresso shot , or as a base for homemade chai lattes . Even cold with ice cubes, it develops a surprisingly rounded aroma.
Pour 1–2 teaspoons into 100°C hot water. Steep for 5–15 minutes, depending on the desired intensity. For a chai latte, pour in plant-based milk and sweeten with a little panela or maple syrup .
