Energy fruit tea
Our Chai blend comes from forest gardens managed by our smallholder families in Ecuador’s Amazon rainforest.
With this fascinating blend, we support ancestral agriculture and create additional income streams for farmers.

Health properties
CHAI combines Guayusa with ginger, ishpingo, cloves, cardamom and star anise. The natural caffeine comes from the Guayusa leaves. They make up 40% of this blend, creating a spice-forward tea whose strength you can adjust based on how much you use.
Ginger brings a noticeable heat, while cardamom and cloves add spicy depth. Together with the plant compounds in the Guayusa leaves, they create a varied aromatic profile. The warming sensation while drinking is a sensory experience – ideal for a mindful pause.
A spiced start to the morning or a tea latte with your favourite milk: enjoy CHAI on its own, without adding sweetener, or customise it to taste. For a stronger spice flavour, steep it for longer. This blend also contains caffeine; choose the amount and time of day that suit you.

Recipes and ideas
Add 1–2 teaspoons of CHAI to your infuser.
Pour boiling water directly into the infuser.
Steep for 5–15 minutes. Enjoy on its own, with milk or a plant-based drink.
CHAI is ideal as a classic spiced tea, as a “dirty chai” with a shot of espresso, or as a base for homemade chai lattes. It also develops a surprisingly rounded flavour when served cold with ice cubes.
Steep 1–2 teaspoons in water at 100 °C. Steep for 5–15 minutes, depending on how strong you like it. For a chai latte, add plant milk and sweeten with a little panela or maple syrup.

The story behind your GUYA

Bold, spicy and energising – GUYA CHAI combines caffeine-rich Guayusa with selected spices such as ginger, cardamom and the rare Ishpingo cinnamon leaf from the Amazon.
GUYA CHAI is our take on traditional chai, reimagined with ingredients from the Amazon rainforest. Instead of classic cinnamon, we use Ishpingo, the aromatic cinnamon leaf of the Kichwa people. The result is an intense, layered flavour with a distinctly invigorating effect – ideal for cold mornings or creative afternoons.

All ingredients are sustainably grown in permaculture forest gardens run by Indigenous Kichwa communities in Ecuador. Every sip supports rainforest protection and fair collaboration with local people.
Tip: Delicious with oat milk, almond milk or regular milk – a natural energy chai with no black tea.
