Vanilla from Ecuador
Our Amazonian vanilla is native to Ecuador.
It is grown in so-called chakras (forest gardens), which preserve the biodiversity of the Amazon rainforest as much as possible and are managed by local Indigenous Kichwa families.

Health properties
AMAZONIAN VANILLA brings real vanilla to your cup, breakfast or homemade snacks. Its aroma smells sweet, even without added sweetener. Pure vanilla does not provide the caffeine kick of Guayusa tea; it offers an intense moment of enjoyment instead.
Vanilla has a complex aroma profile that goes beyond a single aromatic compound. Its character is shaped by its origin and processing. With our powder, you use ground vanilla as a spice – finely dispersed, it works well in hot drinks and foods.
Start with a small pinch and taste. In Guayusa, vanilla complements the leafy note; in porridge, it adds a rounded aroma. The powder is a spice and does not dissolve completely like sugar; fine particles are part of the ground ingredient.

Recipes and ideas
Start with a small amount and add more vanilla to taste.
Stir the vanilla powder into any GUYA Guayusa variety. It can stay in the tea and be enjoyed with your drink.
Add vanilla to porridge, desserts, cakes or biscuits. Simply mix it into your dish or batter.

Our pure vanilla powder comes from the heart of the Amazon rainforest, grown in the permaculture forest gardens of Ecuador’s Kichwa Indigenous communities.
This vanilla stands out for its particularly intense, robust flavour, which goes well beyond the sweetness of conventional vanilla. Grown sustainably and in harmony with nature, it helps preserve rainforest biodiversity.
Ideal for tea blends, baking, hot chocolate and more – an exceptional aroma straight from the Amazon.
