Guanabana tea
Our Guanabana leaves (also known as Soursop or Graviola ) come 100% from forest gardens of our small farming families in the Amazon rainforest of Ecuador.
With this traditional tea, we support ancestral agriculture and generate additional income streams for the farmers.
Effects of Guanabana
Guanabana leaves are rich in acetogenins , antioxidants , and phytochemicals . They are traditionally used to support the immune system , treat inflammation , sleep disorders , and promote general cell regeneration .
Many users appreciate its calming , balancing effect – especially in cases of stress or inner restlessness .
preparation
Guanabana tea tastes pleasantly mild on its own , but is also ideal as a base for blended teas , such as with ginger , lemongrass , or mint . For an evening drink, guanabana can be combined with lavender or chamomile .
Pour 1–2 teaspoons of guanabana leaves into 100°C hot water. Let it steep for 5–15 minutes —the longer, the more intense the flavor.
