Effects of cocoa, pineapple, panela
Cacao nibs are a true superfood: rich in magnesium , iron , potassium , and antioxidants (e.g., flavanols). They support the heart , muscles , and concentration —and can also have a mood-enhancing effect thanks to their natural theobromine content.
Pineapple contains the enzyme bromelain , which has anti-inflammatory properties and supports digestion . It also provides vitamin C , beta-carotene , manganese , and folic acid —all nutrients that strengthen the immune system, promote cell protection, and support regeneration.
Panela is unrefined whole cane sugar—unlike industrial sugar, it still contains minerals such as iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus, as well as traces of vitamin B6 . These nutrients support nerves, muscles, and energy metabolism.
