Vanilla from the rainforest
Our Amazonian vanilla is native to Ecuador, just like Guayusa. It is grown in so-called chakras (forest gardens), which preserve the biodiversity of the Amazon rainforest as much as possible.

Health properties
VANILLA-VIBE combines naturally caffeinated Guayusa with aromatic vanilla. Caffeine can make you feel more alert and support attention. Vanilla adds a warm, rounded note to the leafy flavour – ideal if you like a smoother-tasting pick-me-up.
Guayusa contains polyphenols such as chlorogenic acids. Vanilla contributes a complex aroma. Its sweet-smelling scent is not the same as added sugar: try the blend on its own first and discover how much flavour the ingredients bring naturally.
Enjoy VANILLA-VIBE hot or with a splash of milk or plant-based drink. Adjust the amount of leaves and the preparation to suit your taste. Even a smooth-tasting tea contains caffeine; if you’re sensitive to it, enjoy your tea earlier in the day.

Recipes and ideas
Add 1–2 teaspoons of tea to the infuser for 400 ml of water.
Pour boiling water directly into the infuser.
Steep to taste. You can also leave the blend in the water for longer.
Neither vanilla nor Guayusa turns bitter, so you can leave this blend to steep for as long as you like.
Use about 2 tbsp per litre or 1–2 tsp per 400 ml glass.

Step into the gentle world of Vanilla-Vibe. This tea combines the delicate taste of natural Amazonian vanilla with the lively energy of Guayusa. Gentle in flavour, powerful in effect.
We use Guayusa PURE, our original variety made with green Guayusa, and blend it with Amazonian vanilla of the variety “Vanilla Odorata”.
Vanilla Odorata is a rare variety native to Ecuador’s rainforest, with around 50% more naturally occurring vanillin than the well-known Bourbon vanilla. You’ll find a detailed article about vanilla’s effects and health properties here.
For research-based background on Guayusa and vanilla, we recommend the Guayusa Wiki and the Detox-Tee Wiki.
You can also be sure that we’re more than just resellers of ingredients. On our YouTube channel, you’ll find short documentaries and vlogs featuring our farmers in Ecuador. GUYA founder Sebastian gives you a transparent look at how we work together and how your Guayusa is produced.
