Health properties
TROPICAL TWIST combines Guayusa with guava, orange and ishpingo. Guayusa provides natural caffeine. The fruit and spice notes make this variety an alternative when you don’t want the same tea every day.
Guayusa leaves contain antioxidant polyphenols. Guava and orange add fruity aromas, while ishpingo brings a spicy cinnamon note. Each ingredient contributes its own character. Caffeine is the main factor behind the alertness effect; the aroma makes it a moment of enjoyment that’s your own.
Try TROPICAL TWIST on its own or chilled as iced tea. You can change the intensity of the whole blend by adjusting the amount of tea. A strong fruit flavour alone says little about caffeine content. Choose your serving to suit your taste and personal sensitivity.

Recipes and ideas
Add 1–2 teaspoons of tea to the infuser for 400 ml of water.
Pour boiling water directly into the infuser.
Steep for around 10 minutes, then strain.
The fruit blend with Guayusa gets its “twist” from cinnamon leaf, also known as ishpingo. Steeping time is a matter of taste.
We recommend pouring boiling water over 1–2 teaspoons per 400 ml GUYA glass and leaving it to steep for about 10 minutes.
