Guayusa + coffee from Ecuador
Like all our products, this unique blend comes from Kichwa family forest gardens in Ecuador.
The blend has a strong coffee flavour with a light (but noticeable) Guayusa note. Perfect for making the switch.

Health properties
GUAYUSA-COFFEE brings together coffee and ground Guayusa leaves. Both ingredients provide caffeine, which can support alertness and attention. Enjoy familiar coffee notes alongside the plants of the Amazon – as its own ritual rather than an everyday coffee.
Both coffee and Guayusa contain chlorogenic acids and other plant compounds. Their flavours complement each other in the brew. How you experience the blend depends on the amount used, how you prepare it and your personal sensitivity to caffeine.
Prepare the blend in a suitable filter or dripper. Start with the amount recommended on the pack and adjust it to your taste. If you have several cups, remember to count other caffeine sources throughout the day. In the next section, discover how to prepare your favourite brew.

Recipes and ideas
Add 1–2 tablespoons to a fine filter for 600 ml of water.
Slowly pour boiling water through the powder.
Let the infusion finish filtering, then pour and enjoy.
Put 1–2 tablespoons of powder into the dripper and slowly pour 600 ml of boiling water over it over several minutes, so it drips through rather than running down the side of the filter.

Guayusa tea with a coffee flavour. Reduce your coffee consumption by 50% with this blend without giving up the distinctive taste.
Would you like to drink less coffee or stop drinking it because you find its side effects too strong? Our Guayusa and coffee blend makes that possible. You won’t have to give up the coffee flavour or caffeine kick, and finally leave the side effects behind!
Although it is a 50/50 blend, the flavour of coffee makes up around 90% of the taste of our Guayusa tea with Robusta coffee. Coffee’s quick “kick” gives way smoothly to Guayusa’s pleasant feeling of alertness.
Guayusa tea has a very mild flavour, so it has little impact on the coffee taste. We recommend this blend to anyone who wants to drink less coffee or stop altogether.
Hand-roasted Robusta beans from Ecuador’s organic forest gardens give this tea-and-coffee blend a particularly intense coffee flavour and a high caffeine content.
If too much coffee or low-quality coffee gives you heartburn or other side effects, you won’t have those problems with our Guayusa coffee blend.
For more about our coffee-flavoured Guayusa tea, visit YouTube. We have also chosen not to obtain a separate organic certification for this blend so we can pay local farmers more. All ingredients are grown in forest gardens managed 100% organically, using practices that go well beyond the organic guidelines.
Enjoy our Guayusa tea with its pleasantly full coffee flavour.
NOTE: The best-before date for this product is approaching: 10.26. The best-before date is not a use-by date: it describes the period during which the full quality of an unopened pack stored correctly must be guaranteed by law. The packaging protects against light, moisture and odours, helping preserve aroma, nutrients and quality. That is why our products can maintain the same quality for at least two years beyond the best-before date.
